Figure out your total
It comes down to three things: how many signatures, where we meet, and when. Pick yours and you’ll see the number.
How it adds up
Apostilles, translations, the airport, or deposits? It’s all on the full price list.
What I do
-
Notarizations$15 a signature
Affidavits, powers of attorney, vehicle titles, travel consent for kids. You bring the document filled out, not signed.
-
At the airport (DIA)$95 + $10 a signature
Flying out and just found something unsigned? I’ll meet you in the terminal before security. Parking’s on me.
-
Certified translationsfrom $30 / page
Spanish to English, done by me, with my signed certification. I prepare them to meet USCIS requirements; the agency decides.
-
Colorado apostillesfrom $85
Document going to another country? I walk it into the Secretary of State’s office in Denver and bring it back to you.
-
Certified copies$15 / copy
Diplomas, passports, IDs. I need to see the original. Colorado birth and marriage records come from the county or state, not me.
-
Loan signings & I-9sfor businesses
I print the loan package and meet the borrowers; I don’t prepare or explain the documents. I-9 Section 2 as your authorized representative.
How it goes
- You text me
What the document is, how many people are signing, and what city you’re in.
- I send the total
One price with travel included, plus a time. Nothing’s booked until you say yes.
- We sign
I check each person’s ID, you sign in front of me, and I stamp it.
Have ready
- The document, unsigned.
- A government ID for each signer, current or expired less than a year.
- Everyone who’s signing, in the room.
I’m the one who shows up, not an employee or someone I send. Spanish and English are both my native languages, I studied at MSU Denver, and I’ve spent more than 5 years helping people with their paperwork. If there’s something I can’t do, I’ll tell you up front.

No. I’m not an attorney, so I can’t pick the document or tell you what to put in it. Bring it filled out but not signed, and I’ll handle the notarization.
I prepare each translation to meet USCIS requirements, with my signed certification that it’s complete and accurate. The agency makes the final decision.
Yes. It’s a flat $95, parking included, plus $10 per signature. We meet in the terminal before the security checkpoint.
